I recently discovered that my namesake (Thomas Froggatt) was one of the creators of the Froggatt handcuffs, and I would like to get a pair of authentic ones to collect. Any ideas appreciated as to where I might find a pair of antique Froggatt handcuffs greatly appreciated and the appraised value of such.
