Bell Lock Cuff and a few other odds and ends

I was zipping through the old escape forum when I came across a post by Ian about a lead on a Bell Lock Cuff. Did that lead ever pan out? I've never heard of the cuff (not that I am a pro or anything). Anyone interested in touring the American Handcuff Co. can contact me as I live in Fondy (Fond du Lac) and finally have an "in" there, give me some notice and I can get you in too. I hope Michael Busch reads this as I told him (at the time) I could not get in.
