Recently I purchased an interesting Backstrap Darby from an English seller. This non plated Handcuffs are marked with (I believe) "Parker Holborn" and the number 226. The matching key, which surface looks quite identical to the cuffs' surface, is made by Hiatt, but it's also marked with the number 226 - so it almost looks like if Hiatt made the keys for those models. Or the numbers where stamped later when the restraint was in official police use.
Does anybody have information about these Darbies, e.g. age and value?
