I was wanting info. on the same type of handcuff I seen a pair just like the one's you described they match mine to the letter. but my number is
117199.
When I seen them I thougth they were Peerless because all the smith and wesson cuff's I have seen do not have the smooth hinge rivit and the double lock on the backside of the frame. so when
I seen the smith and wesson stamp I knew they were unique or at the very least older than what you might normally find. if u find out anymore info on date made let me know.
