I was wondering if anyone knows anything about Winchester(Gun CO.)Handcuffs? These are extremely rare(based on my experience), and I have only seen them ONCE(advertised as Winchester) on ebay about a year ago from someone who aquired them from an estate sale. I specifically want to know date of origin, how many years made, and how much they are worth today? I appreciate anyone who can educate me on these relics.
