it's a shame that such a villain misuses your Forum for his criminal activity! The only good thing I can say about my loss of approximately US$ 100.00 to 150.00 total is that I've learned my lesson for life well. I'll never ever again simply trust somebody (concerning the trade of handcuffs), who does not have "a name in the collector scene". Even not if the e-mail contact provokes such a good feeling like Aaron's did :-/.
