My brother was helping put in cable lines near King's Montain Battleground in North Carolina. He dug up a set of handcuffs that were wrapped in paper. They are in remarkable shap and have the key that was attached with an old piece of string. Everything works and very little tarnish is on the cuffs. I want to know how old and how much they are worth, anyone who could help let me know.
