Ron: You are fortunate to have obtained a pair of S&W #200 hinged handcuffs. Yes, they (along with their #210 Over-size hinged cuff) were only on the market for about a year. These models featured a "one-way" hinge - making them possibly prone to being "snapped" apart in the opposite direction by force. Also, I've been told that they did not readily fit standard handcuff cases very well...the above two reasons being probably why they were discontinued. Many handcuff collectors aren't even aware these cuffs existed...a true modern collector's item. I've never seen a pair on e-bay. I cherish the pair I have. Obviously a S&W handcuff collector would pay more for these than a collector of antique cuffs, since they're only about 10 years old. Hope I've been of some help. Joseph Fox
