I was reading an article about a Tibetan monk who was thumbcuffed by the Chinese police. They didn't use the common design (one piece) Taiwanese thumbcuffs that are sold on the net. These were similar to Manilla cuffs except that they were seperated by a long chain.
Does anyone know what type of thumbcuffs these were and if they are available anywhere in the US? I am trying to find the picture again.
