Can anyone please tell me if the handcuffs i have r of any value..the name stamped on the handcuffs is hiatt and has the number 3 stamped under the name hiatt..also the key has a number 7 stamped on it..i would be grateful for any information regarding this handcuffs...also dated with m&c 1915....
