Dear Mr. Lauher,

First let me cogratulate on a great site,something like this has been needed and is appreciated by all of us interested in old cuffs. Secondly, I cant identify a certain small cuff in your picture. The one in question is the one with one cuff draped inside the Bean Giant. This cuff appears to be almost too small to be a handcuff. Can you tell me what it is.
