I remember seeing a picture someplace of really small handcuffs and I think they were used to connect the big toes together. They were like tiny leg irons. There was a short length of chain connecting the two cuffs and the cuffs were similar to handcuff cuffs but they were designed to close around the big toes. Anyone know about such a thing and where they may have come from?
