The prices you quote for the legirons are fine.
Legirons with a key often go for $200.
The key problem is real one though. I don't think
a scan would help you much because a working
key for a leg iron looks pretty much like a
working key for the handcuff, but make sure that
the barrel of the key is drilled deep enough.
The body of a leg iron is wider than the body
of the handcuff meaning that the key must go into
the cuff further.
But be very careful. It is easy to break off a
key in the lock. And then you have a much bigger
problem.
