Goncz handcuffs

According to Yossie's page, Goncz handcuffs are an American design that's "new on the scene". However, a recent eBay auction claimed that the company "no longer exists". What's more, I could turn up no other reference to Goncz cuffs on the internet except a purported link to the homepage... Which led to a 404 Error.

So, does anybody know anything about this company? Do they just not have a web presence? If so, do they sell to private individuals? If so, is a catalog available?

These are things I need to know ;)
