Crockett and Kelly were two independent companies
that made spurs. Sometime in the 1960s they
were merged into a common company called,
Renalde, Crockett and Kelly. In 1979 the company
became Crockett and Kelly,Inc.

You can read more about the companies at:

Crockett and Kelly handcuffs are pretty common. They
were made as recently as the early 1980s. They
are not of very high quality and rust very easily.
The price will vary quite abit. You can find them
priced at the $35-$40 level which is reasonable.
But many people including some dealers think they
are older and price them at $100 plus. The association
with western spurs and perhaps the rust makes them
more expensive than they should be.

There are two versions, one with the key hole in
the middle of the cuff and one with the key hole
at the side.
