I didn't have the cuffs at the time. And they have
a number on the key and cuffs, 531. It's a screw
type key. They also have what looks like a 2 31

It could be two and three fourths.But it does look like thirty-one. They are dirty,but I'm not sure how to clean them.
I found that they look like Chubb Darby 1970's from UK.
Can you help me with a value on them,and how to clean them.
