Hi Stan,thank you for your comment.I had found A.A.P.handcuffs on Japanese military magazine.It is a small topic, so I can't get many information about it.The exhibited person said those handcuffs had been used by police of several country in Europe.I want to know it is truth.
: Can you post a picture or more info, as I'm not sure what cuff you are referring to. Are they old, new, type of key, markings, other information. Maybe I just refer to them as something other than A.A.p.
