: : Recently I purchased a pair of Harvard handcuffs which have some rust on them. What is the best way to remove this rust without leaving scratches or other damages? Anyone with good or bad experiences?

: I have found a product that is without question the best to clean cuffs or guns, it does so without abrasives, without removing the blueing on a gun barrel, the product is known as flitz or I have seen it as peetz.

: It is a blue paste that you apply with a paper towel or old sock just wipe it on and it eliminates the surface dirt and haze and leaves a nice protectant finish.

: I had experimented years with wd 40 et al and never quite happy then I went to a gun show sevral years back and this guy recommended flitz.

: Everyone that has tried it has had great reviews so give it a shot it's great!

Where do you find it at, or how can you get it? I collect old padlocks and that would be great
