The one with the patent numbers only is newer.
The 1531451 patent is the most recent of the ones
you list was issued on March 31, 1925.
The patent 1157135 corresponds to the Oct. 19. 1915
date. The patent 1161562 corresponds to the
Nov. 23. 1915 date. At the time were are talking
about patents were good for 17 years. This means
that it is likely that your cuff with the numbers
is perhaps made after the 1912 patent had expired
since that number is missing. Thiw would mean
1929 or later.

Cuffs with the three patent numbers were actually
sold for many years. In my own experience the
cuffs with the dates are less common, but neither
is rare.
