: I was going through some old pictures and found one from the 70's
with this cuff. It is marked "Hancock fg. co. /charlotte Mi." I always
suspected it was made by a locksmith/machinist/collector who is now living in
Florida. It is made from 6 or 8 sided bar stock and looks old. I had one and
sold it many, many years ago. Any comments?
