owned by the Tobin Tool and Die Co. You can
read about the company at their web site.

Before moving to Wisconsin the company was in Chicago.
Your handcuff was likely made in the 1950s or early 1960s.
They are not particularly rare, but are nice to have. A
pair in excellent contition might sell for $60-$75 or so.
