You can find the official info at S&W's web site. This cuff has been out for a while. The frame looks somewhat like the S&W LI; and it fits large/smaller wrists than their regular HC.

1 handcuff. Is there anything unusual or worthwhile that would justify adding it to my collection? My approach is a modest one, buy mostly current items and wait till they become old. I look for items that are unusual in some way, such as a Mod 94 or the chinese H&R clone. Does anyone have information on this new model, and does it merit any interest?
