Look at Hiatt darbys, they have a wide surface and are easier on the skin than peerless/S&W type. The screw lock is slow and not as secure but that shouldn't be a concern. The drawback is they are heavier, and the adjustable version does not double lock. Plenty to be had on ebay at cheap prices. Quite a few websites offer them as well.
